First Lucky Draw Of Yellow Cab Scheme To Held 29 August

Punjab Government’s “Punjab Rozgar Scheme” is going towards result round. First lucky draw of yellow cab scheme will be held on 29 August at 11:00 am. This lucky draw is for all applicants of Multan, Rawalpindi and Dera Ghazi Khan Divisions. Last date of submission was 15 august and more than 67,000 applications received.

About Prize bond Scheme Offer by Govt. of Pakistan

Prize Bonds is investment and  are bearer type of security available in the denominations of Rs.200, Rs.750, Rs.1,500, Rs.7,500, Rs.15,000 and Rs.40,000. These prize bonds are issued in series. Each prize bonds series consist of one less than 1,000,000 bonds. No fixed return is paid but prize draws are held on quarterly basis. The prize bonds draws are held under common draw method and the number of prizes are same for each series. It means that if 50 series of Rs.200 Prize Bond are in circulation. The Punjab government relaxed three basic conditions of the yellow cabs scheme:

1: Date is extended till 15 August: 2: Basic qualification of the applicants is reduced  from intermediate to matriculation: 3:Waived the condition of holding valid driving licence issued at least one year prior to applying for the cabs. Now, those possessing even fresh valid licences are eligible to apply.

Yellow Taxicab Scheme Launched in Punjab, BOP Chakwal Br. invites applications

Yellow Cab Scheme Government of Punjab has launched Yellow Taxicab Scheme for the unemployed people of province. 20,000 taxis will be distributed among qualified applicants. 40 percent quota has been allocated for 11 districts of Southern Punjab. Transparency of this project will be ensured by provincial government through computerized balloting in the presence of media. According to details, 2500 taxis will be distributed every month so the total 20,000 taxis will be distributed in a period of eight months. Punjab Cabinet has approved Yellow Cab Scheme. Suzuki Mehran VX and Suzuki Bolan VX in green and black colors would be given to the eligible applicants on easy installments. Also in the first PML-N government, Yellow Cab Scheme was introduced for the unemployed youth.
