Presently the township is being managed by hooligans who have been in and out of jail for various crimes like bank robbery, fleeing from police custody, use of fire arms against common citizens, etc. Many allottees of land have refused to pay further installments as it has been over five years since the launch and yet there are no paved roads, electricity and water supply. Some of the allottess were even sold government land and the one which did not belong to township. As it rains, the residents are blocked inside, or outside, as the case may be. Please do not hesitate to contact the residents before you invest.
It took someone almost two years to claim improvements. Please verify availability of gas, electricity and water. You may add something about the roads and street lights as well.
