The land of village is fertile and has mild weather and temperature conditions.The major crops which are grown there are Wheat , Jowar, Bajra, Gram and Mustard etc. There is a small Dam in Khai near Bhaun to irrigate agricultural land of Bhaun, Thoa, Khai. In Bhaun Land is irrigated by Tube Wells, Wells & from newly built Khai Dam Kanals
